Job Summary
The Lumber Grader is responsible for inspecting and grading lumber according to industry standards and company specifications. This role requires a keen eye for detail and a thorough understanding of wood species, quality, and grading rules. The Lumber Grader plays a critical role in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards before they are shipped to customers.

Key Functions

• Grading lumber according to NHLA grading rules

• Maintaining grading accuracy in a fast paced environment

• Working with QC on current grade guidelines

Requirements

• NHLA certification preferred or equivalent experience

• Exhibit high level of flexibility.

• Excellent attendance record

• Excellent communication skills

• Team Player and Self-Starter

• Must have legal authorization to work in the US on a full-time basis for anyone other than current employer.
